Ledbury RFC – Volunteers
‘In common with all grassroots amateur sports clubs, Ledbury RFC depends heavily on the many volunteers who freely give their time and energy to support the Club. Without their dedicated effort throughout the year, the Club could not survive. The roles performed by our large volunteer base are many and various, but all are essential to our success.’

LRFC Volunteers Handbook
Ledbury RFC relies on people like you who give their time, energy, and skills to support rugby in our community. Volunteers are at the very heart of our organisation. It’s our ambition to ensure anyone who gives their time to us feels valued, understood, and proud to be part of our organisation.
LRFC Volunteers Support Policy
Ledbury Rugby Football Club recognises that volunteers are vital to the delivery, growth, and success of rugby at all levels within the Club. Volunteers willingly contribute their time, skills, and experience, and the Club is committed to supporting, safeguarding, and valuing them.
RFU's Volunteer Role Descriptions
Volunteer role descriptions allow potential volunteers to understand their remit and how the role will make a difference to both them and the club.
